The House of Miniatures prebuilt furniture items are all 12th scale, precision models made of real wood and excellent detail. They were built in-factory and the finish applied evenly in a spray booth for quality control.

The 55000 series miniatures are rare collectibles, especially with the original box intact. 

Note: the prebuilt series is the scalloped stand only. Vase of roses miniature only included as a bonus in one of the two boxes. The first order will include the bonus, the second will not.
